About Me:

From an early age, my imagination was allowed free rein which inspired the creative edge I maintain today. Games of dress-up wherein worlds of princesses, dragons and unicorns existed, evolved into elaborate costume design, armour construction as well as a vast range of fabrication that I create today. I love to work with my hands and get stuck into any creative project.

I am a free-lance creative with an ever growing set of practical skills. I graduated 2015 from the University of Witwatersrand, with a four year Honours equivalent Bachelor of Arts in Dramatic Arts,specializing in Theatrical Design under the guidance of Sarah Roberts.

This degree required practical implementation of Design principles, and my participation in multiple productions equipped me with a wide range of practical skills and hands-on experience. Since that time I have worked for Johannesburg based Pulp Films and Triosphere.

My specialities are: props fabrication, sourcing and design, set and costume design and construction, set dressing and conceptual design.

I enjoy expanding my knowledge through extensive research. I experiment with design concepts and manufacture of costume, mask and props for specialty events and conventions in my private capacity.
